阅读技巧
1、阅读前先看问题
Look at the task/questions before reading.
2、阅读前先看标题，图片或者说明，先看第一段和最后一段。在你阅读前，你可以估计出文章大意吗？（注：一般每段的第一句告诉你整段的大意）。
Look at the title,headings and any photos or illustrations and the last paragraph.Can you predict what the text might be about before reading the full text?(N.B:The first sentence of a paragraph will usually give you a general idea of the whole paragraph)
3、第一次阅读时，尽量多地去理解，而不是查字典。
On your first reading ,try to understand as much as possible without using a dictionary.
4、快速浏览寻找文章大意，快速反复阅读比慢速阅读更有效率。
Skim to find the general idea of the whole text.Fast repeated reading is more effective than slow careful reading.
5、快速查找关键字，围绕关键字查找问题或猜出生词意思。对于生词可考虑下列要点：
Scan to find key words.Read around the key words to find the answer to the comprehension questions or to guess the meaning of unknow words.For any unknow words consider the following:
? 词性是什么？What part of speech is it?
? 褒义词还是贬义词？Is it a positive ir negative word?
? 段落或句子的上下文是什么？What is the context of the paragraph or sentence?

Read ‘Graged Readers’(short books written with language graged to the student’s language level ability)

Surf the internet to learn more about topics you are interested in
d) 加入当地图书馆Join a local library
e) 加入在线英语语言邮件列表，邮件可以直接发到你的电子邮箱
